Spotlight buys placement for an active hiring window. It never buys a better badge, a higher rank in unpaid results, or a change to a single fact on your record.

- Featured placement at the top of the employer list page for the duration of the campaign.
- Homepage rotation in the featured-employer slot alongside other active Spotlight campaigns.
- 30 days of visibility per booking, renewable for an active hiring window.

The disclosure rules
Spotlight is a promotional placement, and we treat it like one:
- Every Spotlight placement is labeled "Spotlight" wherever it appears. Nobody sees it without the label.
- Spotlight never changes an employer's editorial status, its position in unpaid search or filter results, or any fact on its profile.
- Spotlight is unavailable to any employer currently in a Disputed state. A challenged claim gets resolved before a campaign runs, not alongside one.
