The flow
Three states, each one a real step up from the last:
Researched
Your company was added from public evidence. You may not have known it was listed, and you have not yet taken ownership of the record.
Claimed - free
You confirm you represent the employer and take ownership. You get correction rights on your own record and a direct line to our research team. No payment required.
Verified - 100,000 sats/year
A scoped review of your evidence, completed and dated. This is the only paid step, and it is optional.
What verification includes
- A scoped review of the specific claims you want reviewed against the evidence rules on the methodology page.
- A dated public evidence record that stays visible on your profile, showing exactly what was checked and when.
- A credential and badge kit you can embed on your careers page and share with candidates.
- An annual refresh so the record does not go stale on the calendar.
- Profile controls to keep your own facts current between reviews.
What verification is not
- Not an endorsement of your company as a place to work.
- Not a purchasable outcome - payment buys the review, never a passing result. See the independence policy for the full firewall between money and findings.
- Not a way to remove a true but unflattering fact from your record.
Qualifying employers are listed free whether or not they ever pay us. Verification is something you add on top of a listing you already have, not a fee for appearing at all.
